Pool and Spa Register

If you have previously registered your pool, you do not need to re-register. To upload your barrier compliance certificate please see instructions in your email notifications or contact the Building Team on 03 5320 5121.

Local Law Permits
Permits to Burn not issued during the Fire Danger Period.
City of Ballarat's Fire Danger Period began Monday 24th November 2025. Permits to Burn cannot be issued during the Fire Danger Period unless it is for the purpose of broad-acre burning of stubble and grass for farming purposes. Contact the City of Ballarat's Fire Prevention Officer for more information on 5320 5500.

Permits cost $6 and are valid for 6 months.
