You are required to microchip and register your puppy with the City of Ballarat from 12 weeks of age.
You can take up the offer of delayed desexing under veterinary guidance by supplying a desexing certificate anytime until your puppy is 12 months old. If you do not provide the certificate, your puppy will be moved to a more expensive registration class.
