Dogs
Registering your pet is a mandatory requirement under the Domestic Animals Act 1994 and all registrations are due for renewal on the 10th of April each year. If at the time of registration there is 6 months or less until the renewal date, a pro-rata fee will apply.

You are required to microchip and register your puppy from 12 weeks of age. You can take up the offer of delayed desexing under veterinary guidance; however you will need to supply a desexing certificate by the time your puppy is 12 months old. If you do not provide the certificate, your puppy will be moved to a more expensive registration class.
