Any emails or receipts usually sent by eServices between Friday 5:30pm-Saturday 3pm will not be sent until after Saturday 3pm due to maintenance.
If you do not receive your email or receipt after this time, email info@ballarat.vic.gov.au, or call Customer Experience on 03 5320 5500 during business hours to request a copy.
